Q1: How can I get some samples? 
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, we can make samples according to your design.             

Q2: What is your delivery time?

A: This depends on what kind of products you ordered. Like tubes, delivery time may within one week. Glass bottle delivery time will be longer.

Q3: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. Welcomed.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: 30% deposit in advance by T/T,balance 70% paid before delivery.

Q6: How about the shipping?

A: For small orders, we will send the goods by international Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
